Task: | We are serving as development manager for a 650-acre exclusive luxury golf course community in south Florida. Our work includes current country club operations, marketing and sales, brand repositioning, financial reporting, land development, and construction services. |

Task: | Over multiple assignments, we assisted in their 2 million+ SF CBD headquarters office/hotel/retail development and lease in Philadelphia, their Manhattan regional office relocation, corporate real estate strategy development, and the development challenges of a key west coast land holding. We assessed real estate service providers and provided advice on major lease and development transactions in Los Angeles, Orlando, Manhattan, and London. Real estate holdings included land, office, retail, industrial, theme parks, television stations, and studios. |

Task: | Our strategic advice and due diligence support resulted in a 2,800 acre residential development joint venture investment in suburban New York with a major New York developer. Approvals anticipate 1,200 units of single and multi-family product to be developed over 6-8 years. Amenities include a new town hall, restaurants, racket sports facilities, and a 20-acre lake. Nearby rail offers a 67-minute commute to Penn Station. |

Task: | We provided strategic advice including asset valuation, local operating partner assessment, portfolio risks and mitigation opportunities, and workout suggestions. Holdings included condominiums, CBD and suburban office, R&D/flex, retail, industrial, land, and mixed use in the Pacific Northwest and Las Vegas, valued at $1+ billion. |

Task: | We evaluated a major Class “A” midtown Manhattan office building with vacancy and rollover risk, from a leasing, asset management, and positioning stand point, assisting with the day to day leasing of vacant space and renewals. Building reached 95+% occupancy by the assignment’s end and was subsequently refinanced. |

Task: | We served as development manager for 2 large-scale residential/recreational land development projects totaling 5,000 acres in Florida. In addition to reviewing the current master plan and approvals, we updated the development strategy and completed the entitlement process. |

Task: | A 2,100 acre community near Rio de Janeiro will feature 5.5 miles of beachfront and a wide variety of housing styles, shopping, hotels, an aquarium, a golf course and other recreational amenities. We are providing guidance on the vision and the master development plan. |

Task: | On a short turnaround, we evaluated potential deals in two southeastern metropolitan areas, sourced by an entrepreneurial operator. The first deal included three suburban Class B office buildings with significant current vacancy and near term rollovers and included a rezoning opportunity to create a fourth site for multi-family residential. The other deal featured a large vacant central business district office property with additional land available for new multi-family product under contract for ‘pennies on the dollar’. |
